My victory is incomplete without that of Nana Addo - Adwoa Sarfo

The newly elected Member of Parliament for the Dome Kwabenya constituency, Ms. Adwoa Sarfo has stated that her “victory is incomplete without that of Nana Addo”, the Presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

“We worked very hard and we have delivered from the constituency to our flagbearer.”

In her opinion, though she was optimistic “the other constituencies will come so that we have Nana Addo as President... for now, the victory is incomplete.”

Ms Sarfo won the Dome Kwabenya Parliamentary seat by 63,373 votes as against her main contender, the NDC’s Sophia Akuako who polled 35,356 votes.

In an interview with Citi News, Ms. Sarfo expressed her profound gratitude to residents of the area for helping her and the NPP emerge winners in the contest but called on God to help her Presidential candidate to win the Presidency of the nation.

“We are grateful. He has done me an honour. He should do that same honour, that is our prayer, on Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and we will deliver on all our promises.”
