    He must have had one hell if a Headache, Why wasn't there a catscan or X-rays done. This would have shown any injuries if there were some.

    The doctor who saw this guy first must be arrested for abetment to murder! Standard precautions must be taken for all head injuries especially if it resulted in unconsciousness! If there were no xray or CT Scan machine the ch ...

    As for the Ghana Police, what kind of training do they receive at all? This is case of causing bodily injury in a fight, leading to death. The least the man could be charged with is manslaughter, not murder.

    Its not a ghanaian problem. Even in Europe people getting killed for 5 or 10 euro or sometimes getting beaten to death just for fun.

    Incompetent medical health system.This man should have been admitted for more evaluations,CT scan,MRI or even simple xray.If one of these had been done,probably this man would have been alive today.
