I'll be your ally- Prez Mahama tells business community

President John Dramani Mahama says his government will keep to his full promises in ensuring that businesses, especially the private and small scale industries obtain steady growth.

According to the president, Ghana will be a place where economic opportunities will be available to everyone under his government.

In an address after his swearing in, the president stated "I recognize the vital role that our private sector, especially small and our indigenous businesses play in expansion of our work force, as well as in the growth and stability of our economy, I want to assure Ghanaian business community that I will be your ally, I will extend whatever support am able to marshal to reinforce your contributions to Ghana's development".

The president however pledged to do his best in ensuring that his administration makes a positive difference in the lives of every Ghanaian.

He reiterated his commitment to devise stringent measures to ensure that the country is less polarized to accelerate development.

"I will work to ensure that our country is less polarized and less rated down by the measures of our political differences, I will work to ensure that all Ghanaians regardless of political and religious differences will have equal opportunities to realize their full potentials," he submitted.
