Afriyie Acquah cautioned to be careful of wife

Following the union between Black Stars midfielder, Afriyie Acquah and his long time girlfriend, Amanda last Saturday, July 19, 2014; a former Black Stars defender’s wife has cautioned the young midfielder.

Pleading anonymity, the former Black Stars defender’s wife has advised the young Black Stars midfielder to be circumspect regarding his marital life.

According to her, the news of their union last weekend saddened her due to the questionable character of Mrs. Amanda Acquah.

The source is of the school of thought that ‘women with questionable characters having a negative influence on their husbands’, indicating that “I am not predicting doom for the player I have so much admiration for, I wish him the very best but I felt so bad when I heard about their marriage.”

She further advised the midfielder “the player has to be very careful because I know what I am talking about as many sports personalities’ brilliant careers have crushed as a result of their wrong choice of partners.”

“The lady (Mrs. Amanda Acquah) I am referring to is somebody who has on countless occasions been invited to the offices of some high profiled personalities who advised her to desist from her questionable character yet yielded vain.

“Her disciplinary records from Achimota School days are nothing to write home about; it led to her dismissal. She has a sweet mouth, but I pray she changes, else the probability of the player’s career messing up is high,” she lamented.
