Merqury Quaye for ‘Sallafest’ tonight

Ghana’s finest Hype Man and top MC, Merqury Quaye will be hosting the much anticipated musical concert dubbed ‘Sallafest’ which is expected to bring various Muslim communities together to celebrate the breaking of the 30-day fast in the month of Ramadan tonight, July 28, 2014 at Nima.

Upon all the music weaponry, he only needs a microphone, a stage, several watts of sound power and Nima’s undivided attention.

Merqury has for two consecutive times hosted the festival which has seen performances by Ghanaian biggest artistes including Sarkodie, Kwaw Kesse, Shatta Wale, Guru, Edem, 4X4 and Tic Tac.

The top notched MC greeted last year’s crowd with an activation which got the foundations of Nima shake for almost two minutes, "they should expect another fun packed Sallafest tonight" Merqury assured.

Tonight’s event expected to be the best will feature VVIP and other top music stars in Ghana.

The festival which is in its third year is being organized by EXP Ghana in collaboration with VVIP and Chapter O.

‘Sallafest’ tonight is expected to attract thousands of music lovers from all walks of life.
