    They are waiting for their bribes. If this young man had tried smuggling these boats, which of course means he is prepared to pay bribe, the boats would have been in town looooong time ago. What a rotten society?

    Shame on Ghana customs...people cross our frontiers with all sorts of contraband materials after settlement,and yet,materials for sports development is blocked for no apparent reason.
