At times, a mere pressure can make a wise acted unwisely.

remember China has 1.3billion but they couldn't raise 22 players or so for the world cup ever. its not about the population. its about the quality and how talented the players are.

The calls for the Ayews and others is admirable but I think people are ignoring the fact that against Sudan we saw the coming of age of a new and confident group. AFCON 2013 was a training ground for better things to come. Mubarak and Rabiu are the core of this team moving forward. The Ayews made their decision and let us wish them the best but I think their return at this point will spoil the chemistry.

Assessing the strength of Blackstars with home-played matches? What about the away matches? How many away world cup qualifiers have we won? Would the world cup be played in Kumasi with Sudan and Lesotho? Think ahead.

We have to be careful about thinking that certain players are indispensible. Ghana is a soccer nation so there should be confidence that Ghana can put together at least three totally different line ups that can compete on the world stage. There is no one player that is so dynamic that we should feel that they must be on the team.
