Dauda: I am ready for the challenge at Pirates

Black Stars goalkeeper, Fatau Dauda says he is ready for his new challenge after at South Africa top-flight side, Orlando Pirates.

The 27-year-old has signed a three-year deal believed to be in the region of $500,000.

“I am done with my medicals and everything was successful and maybe in a couple of days, I will go back.

“I know I am not going to find it easy there because they have another goalkeeper who is good and also in their national team,” the former Ashgold goalkeeper told GBC sports.

“In life, sometimes you need to take a step, and new challenges could make succeed and become a great player.”

Dauda has been great for Ghana since taking over the number spot at the 2013 Afcon.
