Juventus loan Boakye Yiadom to Elche

Italian champions Juventus have loaned budding striker Richmond Boakye Yiadom to newly promoted La Liga side Elche in a contract worth 250,000 euros.

The youngster has struggled to break into the Juventus squad and is yet to make a league appearance for Antonio Conte’s men. He spent last season on loan at Sassuolo in the Serie B spear heading their promotion charge with 11 goals and seven assists.

The 20- year old is currently co-owned between Juve and Genoa but had returned to Turin this summer after an unimpressive stint with the national under-20 team at the World Cup in Turkey.

He had been close to joining Chievo, but Genoa’s exchange with Adrian Stoian collapsed hence the move to Elche.
