Sunderland directors in Ghana

to meet Kotoko board

Two directors from Sunderland are in Ghana to meet with the new board of Asante Kotoko.

The delegation from the English club wants to get acquainted with the new direction of the Ghana Premier League champions following the appointment of a new 10-man board.

Sunderland have a running partnership agreement with Kotoko and are looking to see where this synergy stand in the plans of the new Kotoko board.

“Basically, it is to see what the plans of the new board are and direction of the club under the new leadership,” Sunderland’s International Development coach Gordon Chisholm told Metro FM.

Kotoko are in their second year of their partnership agreement with Sunderland.
