Soulmiiya Ghana chief reveals big plans to support boxers

Kelvin Adams, Managing Director of Soulmiiya Ghana Ltd is promising to offer support and incentives to professional boxers in this country as their own little contribution to re-invigorate the fistic sport.

Soulmiiya Ghana have already taken up sponsorship of three boxers, Ayittey Mettle, Richard Amenful and Cobbina Johnson but according to their boss, there is much more in store for the entire boxing fraternity.

"It's sad that many boxers don't have much to show even after retirement and we want to help change that because Ghanaian boxers are very good. I am someone who was born in the vicinity and I know their potential," Mr. Adams told Sportsinghana.com in an exclusive interview.

"We are going to support professional boxers to attain great heights in the sport. We currently have some few boxers that we are working so hard to give them an opportunity of a lifetime, a support that we believe can inspire success," he added.

Accordingly, Mr. Adams and his company will look to manage and take care of everything needed for these boxers to reach the very pedestal of their pursuits.

"I know how much our boxers need support and that's what we intend to give them. Hopefully those we support will be successful so that we can have the confidence to take up more boxers in the years to come," the Soulmiiya Ghana chief said.
