Ghana's insurance system is a scam only benefiting the insurance companies, brokers and the National Insurance Commission (NIC).
The fact that all insurance in Ghana is forced PREPAID tells you these scammers have no brain to innovate and deal with minor problems.
The only reason insurance penetration in the economy is mere 3 percent and cannot shift upwards tells you the people do not find Insurance policies as value for money. And the only way is to lobby your cronies in govt and parliament to force things on the ever-suffering consumer. Win Customers by products and services and always let paying back to the customer be a priority instead of your notorious don't want to pay delays - in Ghana it takes people years to get a successful insurance claims.
NIC publish all your salaries and benefits for all to see and tell us who pays you all these monies? Yes the SCREWED UP CONSUMERS
