Stupid Circuit Court with stupid sentenced why 10 years sentenced? why not give him 2years to pay the money. Politicians are stealing $1,000,000.00 of our money and go free.

collecting his percent,now you have to
alone serving the prison terms.Both of
you share the money but sign for it

In other words, he must be forced to refund the amount stolen and applicable interest, in addition to going to jail.
Not only does his theft drain our State coffers but it also denies the poor farmers timely payments; and such was why the Côte d'Ivoire smugglers were willingly supplied our Cocoa by frustrated farmers along our Border.
It is very wicked of these culpable Clerks to steal these Funds. And the theft must stop.
