Ghana`s newly accredited Ambassador to Federal Republic of Germany, His Excellency Paul King Aryene, Thursday presented his Letters of Accreditation to President Horst Koehler at a colourful ceremony at the Castle Bellevue in Berlin.
Accompanied by some members of staff at the Ghana Embassy in Berlin, His Excellency Ambassador Aryene was received on arrival at the presidential palace by officials of Germany`s State protocol. He then went on to take the ceremonial salute by a detachment of the Federal Armed Forces.
After the presentation, President Koehler and Ambassador Aryene met behind closed doors for talks believed to centre on bilateral relations between the Federal Republic of Germany and the Republic of Ghana, regional as well as international issues. | |
