Blind man fined for stealing Samson Sarfor, a 38-year-old blind man, has been sentenced to a fine of ?200,000 for stealing by the Kaneshie Community Tribunal, chaired by Mr Samuel K. Dagadu.
Sarfor will go to jail for six months if he fails to pay the fine. According to the prosecution, Sarfor is blind in one eye while the other is blurred. He said Sarfor went to the offices of Kingdom Transport Services, holding a handbag like other travellers.
