Drivers license at "8-year-old"? Kumasi, May 30, GNA - A 21-year-old driver who claimed to have acquired a driving license at age eight has been remanded by a Kumasi Circuit Court for driving without a license.
Kwasi Botchway has been charged with various traffic offences including parking and picking passengers at unauthorized places as well as driving without a license.
He pleaded guilty with explanation and insisted that he acquired his driving license in 1994 when he was eight years old (read full story)
