    TALK IS CHEAP. DID YOU ASK THE PRESIDENT IF HE, AS WELL, HAS THE MONEY TO BUILD THE UNIVERSITY AND THE REGIONAL HOSPITAL? DON'T YOU SEE WORKERS GOING ON STRIKE EVERYDAY OVER SALARIES, WHO ARE YOU KIDDING?

    FIRST things FIRST ! You don't have safe water,Filth All around, UGLY Open gutters,mosquitoes,pot-hole INFESTED ROADS...etc. and you are talking of another university !!

    My candid advice to you Mr. Regional Minister is to first provide high schools for those children who go to school under trees.
    Ghana is now inundated with more universities than it needs. Or is it the latest craze?
