2015 Entrepreneurs Solution Summit held

African Bagg, a recruitment consultancy that source international and locally based professional to rewarding careers in Ghana, on October 1, 2015, organised 2015 Entrepreneurs Solutions Summit at Alisa Hotel in Accra.

The 2015 Entrepreneurs Solution Summit was organised to bring together like-minded entrepreneurs, influential business leaders and thinkers to share ideas on how to enrich and grow businesses.

“Strategies, Sustain and Grow Your Business” was the theme selected for the summit.

Speaking on the topic “From Dreams into Reality”, Ken Ofori-Atta, Co-Founder and Former Chairman of Data Bank, urged the entrepreneurs to consider choosing a right partner when starting a business.

Mr. Ofori-Atta shared his personal experience of how he shared his ideas with his friend to begin Databank; hence, encouraging entrepreneurs present to strive hard, dream big and be determined to achieve all set goals.

The second speaker, Nana Hemaa Yaa Asaa Safoa II, the Inventor of Kente-Oke Fabric highlighted the need to be creative and innovative as influential business leaders and entrepreneurs.

Ian Lee, International Entrepreneur, Singapore who spoke on the topic “Business Panning” outlined methods and mechanisms that entrepreneurs can use to help begin a real business.

He gave examples of a well-structured business plans upon which can serve as a guide to help the entrepreneurs prepare a good business plan that can contribute to start a good business.

The CEO of African Bagg Recruitment, Miss Yasmin Boama, said “I was inspired to organize this summit by the challenges of growing my own business and trying to take my company to the next stage of its development, in these times of economy of uncertainty, fluctuations of the exchange rate, high inflation, high-interest rates, increase in fuel prices and increasing in unemployment.”

“Organising this event has helped and taught me the value of each and everyone’s skills set and the importance of coming together as one body to empower and train others on SMEs”, she added.
