Dr. Nyaho Nyaho Tamakloe, a well-known Ghanaian football administrator and politician, has expressed his disappointment with the performance of the New Patriotic Party.
Speaking on Starr Chat with Bola Ray Thursday, the founding member of the NPP said “My own party has not performed well. The NPP has not performed well. You know it. All sorts of infractions.”
Dr. Tamakloe further highlighted his concerns, saying, “I mean, you know what has happened in government during my party’s tenure.” He also questioned the leadership of the party, describing it as “unfortunately led by an autocrat.”
In an interview with Bola Ray on Starr Chat, Dr. Tamakloe shared his thoughts on the upcoming election, saying, “I don’t know who will win the next election. That I can’t tell.” However, he expressed his doubts about the NPP’s chances, stating, “What I’m saying is that if NPP allows the next election to be held freely, there is no way they can win.”
When asked to choose between Mahama and Bawumia as leaders, Dr. Tamakloe replied, “I will always go in for somebody who has done it before and has experience. So this will be Mahama,” he emphasized the importance of experience in leadership.
