Kwame Asare Obeng popularly known as A Plus has launched a TV station 'A PLUS TV' with an opening act to be covered from the Office of Special Prosecutor Martin Amidu where he hopes to today, officially submit his petition on alleged corrupt activities of Communication Minister Ursula Owusu-Ekuful.
Ironically, his new online TV falls under the allegedly ‘corrupt’ minister’s purview.
Last two weeks, A Plus hinted that he has authored a long petition addressed to the office of the Special Prosecutor Martin Amidu on alleged corruption involving Minister of Communication Ursula Owusu-Ekuful, vowing to expose her.
To date, it is unclear what the content of the petition entails, but A Plus has vowed to make public copies of the petition today after he has filed it with the Special Prosecutor.
Ursula Owusu-Ekuful has been in the news for many reasons since she took over the Communication Ministry in 2017. Her major fight was with IMANI and the Telcos on Kelni GVG, following which came her “fight” with A Plus which wont end soon.
A Plus announced the new fight with Ursula when he wrote:
“Is Ghana worth dying for? YES!!! Nothing will stop us!!! On Monday I will present a petition to the special prosecutor asking him to investigate Ursula Owusu after which I will make a copy of the petition available to the media and the general public. Politicians can kill of us. It won’t change anything. RIP #Ahmed”
