Former Chairman of the Legal and Constitutional Committee of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Mr Ayikoi Otoo, says Hassan Ayariga’s All Peopls’s Comgress (APC) plagiarized most aspects of his party’s manifesto.

And that it was clear Mr. Ayariga struggled to even explain the issues he mentioned under the main areas in their manifesto.

Ayariga launched his party’s 2016 manifesto Thursday at the Aviation Social Centre in Accra.

As member of the NPP manifesto planning committee, Ayikoi Otoo was surprised to hear Hassan Ayariga elaborate their manifesto promises verbatim; issues on governance, tax exemption, law on fiscal responsibility.

Others he mentioned include making the Arabic subject examinable at the SHS level, appointment of special prosecutor to fight corruption, separating the Minister of Justice from the Attorney General.

Speaking to Ekourba Gyasi i on Atinka AM Drive, Friday ,the renowned lawyer said all those presidential candidates who attack Nana Addo and later pick up the NPP’ s promises are promoting Nana Addo.

Even though they have not launched their manifesto, their flag bearer and his running mate consciously keep highlighting parts of it.
