Former National Vice Chairman of the National Democratic Congress, Alhaji Said Sinare, has raised concerns about the reliability and credibility of survey results conducted by Prof. Smart Sarpong, the Director of Research and Innovation at Kumasi Technical University.

In a stark warning to Ghanaians, the former Ambassador to Egypt and Saudi Arabia rubbished Smart Sarpong's surveys, likening them to 'committing suicide' if accepted by Ghanaians.

Alhaji Sinare's worries are based on the perceived lack of fairness in research and the potential impact of biased surveys on public opinion and decision-making, especially in light of allegations of Sarpong's supposed alignment with the ruling New Patriotic Party government.

In a statement on his official Twitter page, the former High Commissioner also stressed the importance of carefully evaluating and scrutinizing survey findings, especially those from individuals he referred to as "stomach and double standard pollsters like Sarpong".

Alhaji Sinare emphasized that "Accepting survey results from sources with a history of bias without question can lead to disastrous consequences. It's crucial to consider the source and methodology behind the data. We must prioritize objective research and critical thinking to make informed decisions rather than these politically motivated polls from people who have mouths yet can't speak about the recklessness of the NPP government."

The outspoken bigwig, who is known as the NDC's Zongo President, has expressed strong disapproval of Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia's recent pledges, denouncing them as a 'mockery of democracy' and suggesting that they reflect incompetent leadership. He critiqued the Vice President's youth connect tour for its perceived lack of a patriotic position and characterized it as replete with inconsistencies, contradictions, and unsubstantiated performance claims.

Moreover, the Rawlings look-alike politician also asserted that Dr. Bawumia, the Flagbearer of the ruling New Patriotic Party, lacks a coherent and actionable strategy to resuscitate the economy, which, according to reports, has suffered significant damage during the tenure of the current NPP administration, resulting in widespread hardship and despondency.

The Zongo President also underscored Dr. Bawumia's apparent detachment from the populace and insensitivity to the challenges faced by Ghanaians.

Ultimately, he cast doubt on Dr. Bawumia's capacity to lead the nation, offering President John Dramani Mahama, whom he regards as the standard-bearer of the nation, as a more suitable choice for leadership in the December 7th polls.
