Accra bourse in low-key performance

Accra, May 26, GNA - The GSE All-Share Index continued its modest performance on Wednesday when it inched up marginally at 6.63 points. The index closed the midweek trading at 6,831.02 points from 6,824.39 points on Monday.

The change for the year to date stood at 92.24 points.

Total volumes nosedive for the second time in the week to a low of 58,600 shares from 101,600 shares at the previous close. Six positive price changes were recorded.

FanMilk Limited (FML) gained 100 cedis to close at 7,100 cedis, Accra Brewery Limited (ABL) was up 16 cedis at 761 cedis, Clydstone (CLYD) made 15 cedis at 575 cedis, Cocoa Processing Company (CPC) was richer 12 cedis at 1,725 cedis, Home Finance Company (HFC) and SG-SSB made one cedi each to close at 10,107 and 31,012 cedis respectively. Market Capitalisation was up at 96,384.94 billion cedis from 96,367.95 billion cedis from 3,301.8 million issued shares.
