Airtel Ghana, Telecom Brand of the Year, has engaged its premier customers born on July 1, 1960, in an exclusive and exciting fitness day, as part of the Republic Day celebrations.
A statement issued in Accra by Maame Dufie Cudjoe, Ag Head, Corporate Communications and copied to the Ghana News Agency, said the initiative was born out of Airtel’s deep commitment to provide its premier customers with tailor-made lifestyle and telecommunications products and services.
It said the health retreat, a collaboration between Airtel Premier and Life Wellness Health Centre, took the participants through various health talks, nutrition awareness and fitness rudiments, in a bid to inspire its premier customers to live more health conscious lifestyles.
Mr. Thywill Dotse, a premier customer, said, “Airtel has really made my day with this wonderful treat. I have come to realize that health is all about fitness, and one component of being fit is to have relatively low body fat, because fat is not very efficient, whereas muscle is. This programme was worth attending”.
Customer Experience Director at Airtel Ghana, Ms. Rosy Fynn commented: “Airtel’s commitment to its Premier Customers is expressed in both our lifestyle and telecommunications product offerings in the hope of providing an all-round 360 degrees service to our loyal customers.”
“Today’s health retreat is one of the many ways we engage our very busy Premier customers hoping to inspire them to become more health conscious and live a well-balanced life. It added.
