Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, flagbearer of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), is capable of fulfilling all the campaign promises he has made to the people of this country ahead of this year’s election and so Ghanaians should believe in him, Rebecca Akufo-Addo, wife of the NPP presidential hopeful has said.
Nana Akufo-Addo has made a number of promises ahead of this year’s elections, including the establishment of one factory in each of the 216 districts across the country if he wins the elections to become the next president of Ghana.
He is currently in the Ashanti Region as part of his tour of the nation in preparation for the elections.
His wife, Rebecca Akufo-Addo, during a visit to the La General Hospital in Accra on Wednesday July 13, appealed to the people, irrespective of their political affiliation, to believe in him and the promises, stating: “Nana is capable of making it all happen.”
She stated: “I am begging everyone to give him the chance to see what he can do for Ghana; this is the third time [he is contesting]. This is not about NPP, it is about Ghana.”
She added that Ghana was in a “terrible abyss and we need to bring it back, we are all suffering”.
