The incumbent Member of Parliament (MP) for Ajumako-Enyan-Esiam (AEE) constituency, Mr. Cassiel Ato Forson believes the destiny of Ghanaians has been tied to hardship and hunger by the current New Patriotic Party (NPP) administration.

He has therefore bemoaned the level of untold hardship Ghanaians have been subjected to and expressed disappointment in how the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) government led by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo is unable to bring down the situation

As a result, the MP said majority of Ghanaians eat once or twice a day instead of the square meals daily.

According to him, Nana Addo who promised Ghanaians heaven on earth during the 2016 campaign has rather tied Ghanaians with unbearable hardship and hunger and they are wailing in silence.

Mr. Ato Forson who doubles as the former Deputy Minister of Finance challenged President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo to do all he can to free Ghanaians from shackles of untold hardship.

Addressing hundreds of his constituents who hit the principal streets of Ajumako to celebrate him for his enormous contribution towards development of the area and to support him file his nomination forms at the Ajumako office of the National Democratic Congress(NDC), he promised that an NDC administration will remedy their plight.

Mr. Ato Forson who went to the Parliament at the age of 28 promised he will work hard to retain the seat for his party come 2020 general elections.
