The Regional Chairman of the Newly Created Bono Region of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Abronye DC has showered praises on President Akufo-Addo, describing him as a listening President.
According to him, serious work has resumed on the New Dormaa road network after he petitioned the Ministry of Roads and Highways.
Speaking on Okay FM’s Ade Abia Programme with Kwame Nkrumah Tikese, he lamented about the bad roads in Berekum-Sampa and revealed that when it rains, the roads flood like sea but NDC captured it in their Green Book as one of their top achievements.
“In the NDC green book launch in 2010, they recorded Sampa roads as one of their top achievement... According to them the Sampa roads were completed. This is entirely false adding that the Sampa roads are very bad and I was glad to visit the place with the vice president”, he stated.
Abronye DC also revealed that very soon the Sampa road network will receive a facelift.
