President Nana Akufo-Addo has praised the Presidential Press Corps for being objective in their reportage in his first year of office.
Mr Akufo-Addo, in an interaction with the Flagstaff House Press Corps, said their reportage have been objective and devoid of praise-singing.
He said the professionalism exhibited by the Press Corps was worthy of commendation.
The President urged the Press Corps not to take their role in the country’s democracy for granted.
The Dean of the Presidential Press Corps, Charles Takyi Boadu, expressed the appreciation of the journalists to the president and assured the presidency of their professionalism.
