Presidential staffer, Clara Napaga Tia Sulemana, is under pressure to resign after making a Facebook post cautioning all those who submit their CV’s to her for employment at events to desist from the act in 2018.

In a Facebook post the Presidential Staffer joined a humor intended series of posts by Facebook users which tends to ask followers not to repeat a particular behavior in 2018 ending the caution with the phrase “…this nonsense should end in 2017”

Napaga Tia Sulemana posted, “Those of you who usually meet me at events and immediately want to submit your CV for employment, this nonsense should end in 2017”

Her humour intended post did not go down well with some graduates who have asked her to either step down or be removed from her post.

The Presidential Staffer has however in a recent post apologized for the earlier post, adding that the post was humor intended and not to berate anyone.

“I didn’t intend to cause any disaffection. It was purely for humour but I must admit that it’s a joke gone bad. As a young person myself, I’m passionate about youth development and spend a lot of time with young people. It therefore cannot be, that I will be insensitive to my peers”, she said.

Clara Napaga Tia Sulemana was a campaign aide to the President-Elect during the 2016 electioneering campaign.
