The President of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, will Monday evening visit the family of the late Captain Maxwell Mahama at their residence in Burma Camp.
The move by the President is to commiserate with the bereaved family as they gather to observe the one week of the sudden demise of their son who was gruesomely lynched to death by some residents of Denkyira-Obuasi in the Upper Denkyira West District of the Central Region.
The President and his entourage, Kasapafmonline.com can authoritatively report, will move to Burma Camp immediately after a Cabinet meeting which is ongoing at the Flagstaff House, seat of the Government of Ghana.
On Monday, May 29, 2017, Ghana did not wake up to good news as the country was left in shock with the news of an Army Captain being lynched by residents of Denkyira-Obuasi in the Central region.
The sad news hit the country as Ghanaians could not come to terms with how some persons take the law in their own hands to treat their fellow human beings inhumanely.
