Alhaji Rahman promised to hit the target of more than one million

beneficiaries by 2010. Currently 656, 624 pupils are benefiting from the programme in 170 districts. He pledged to have a smooth dissemination of policy from the secretariat to the school implementation committees and go by the procurement law and policy.
