Leadership of the Minority in Parliament this morning received His Excellency Rev. Msgr. Jean-Marie Speich, the Apostolic Nuncio to Ghana.

The Representative of the Holy See to Ghana was on a farewell visit having come to an end of his five year diplomatic mission to Ghana.

The Minority Leader while seeking his prayers and good counsel, congratulated the Apostolic Nuncio for the great impact he made as a worthy representative of the Apostolic Nunciature and conveyed the very special greetings of the Minority to His Holiness Pope Francis.

As H.E. Rev. Msgr. Jean-Marie Speich finally departs Ghana on the 12th of May, 2019 to his new post in Slovenia and Kosovo, the Minority in Ghana's Parliament wishes him the very best and prays for an even stronger bond between the Church and the State; and in that respect, between Ghana and Holy See diplomatic relations.
