Ariul Ghana, Royal House members celebrate Sam Korankye Ankrah

It was all fun as hundreds of members of Royalhouse Chapel International converged under one roof to honour their founder and leader.

Members drawn from the various branches of the church on Saturday gathered at the El Wak Sports Stadium to mark the 60th birthday celebrations of Reverend Sam Korankye Ankrah.

The church members participated in games such as football, tug of peace, ampe, draft among others.

In football which was the most competitive of all the games, the Tema branch of the church caused an upset with a 4-2 shootout victory over favourites Ahenfie to lift the cup.

Despite playing a chunk of the final match with ten men, Tema held their nerve to send the games on penalties before winning it courtesy their agile goalkeeper.

Speaking after the final game, the highly revered man of God expressed appreciation to his church members and other stakeholders for a hitch-free event.

One of the stakeholders, the AG to acknowledged in his speech is Ariul Ghana.

Speaking to journalists on the sidelines of the event, the CEO of Ariul GH, Thomas Maxwell eulogized the man of God for his dedicated service to humanity.

He also highlighted some benefits with his products.

“Ariul is a global brand and we just came to Ghana. We are offering something to the Ghanaian market. We have various products like tissues, organic sanitary pads made of 100% cotton. So we have an array of products and we will be unveiling them soon”.

“The AG has done well. He has dedicated himself to the work of God and impacted positively on the every member of the church. We wish him well and pray for more blessings for him”.

The event which was graced by former Ghana skipper Stephen Appiah, lawyer and broadcaster Moses Foh-Amoaning, Minister of Fisheries, Ms Sherry Ayitey and other dignitaries was climaxed with performances from KODA, Kingzkid and others.
