Armed Forces Cautions Public

The Ghana Armed Forces has cautioned the public to guard against persons acting as middlemen and going round collecting huge sums of money from unsuspecting applicants, parents/guardians with the claim that they can influence commanders for such persons to be recruited into the Ghana armed Forces.

A statement signed by Col. EWK NIBO, Director of Public Relations states categorically that “THERE ARE NO AUTHORISED MIDDLEMEN AND THE ADVERTISED VACANCIES ARE NOT FOR SALE.”

The statement continued that the Armed Forces further states that any applicant who deals with any agents or middlemen who claim to be parading themselves on behalf of any commander does so at this or her own risk.

“Any person found to have presented himself as such would be arrested and prosecuted accordingly,” the statement noted.
