Accra The GSE All-Share Index today soared to an all-time high of 386.08 points in active trading but on a low volume. This is up from 385.85 points at the last session. Total volume of shares traded was 59,860 compared with Wednesday's 55,140 shares. A week ago, volume traded rose to the year's high of 423,470 shares. Total offers were pegged at 210,960 compared to bids of 4,870,700. Market capitalisation ended higher at 2,833.93 billion cedis from the previous 2,829.40 billion cedis. CFAO and GGL sold the highest number of shares of 31,900 and 17,200 respectively. Ghana Commercial Bank which today declared a dividend of 100 cedis at their annual general meeting failed to advance further after doing so continuously for the last three weeks. On the broader market there were four appreciating equities and no loser. AGC climbed 40 cedis to close the week at 21,650 cedis while EIC and FML gained five cedis and two cedis to close at 510 cedis and 388 cedis respectively. The other gainer was HFC which had three cedis to close at 150 cedis.
