Atwima-Kwanwoma elects CLOGSAG executive

Foase (Ash), July 7, GNA - Mrs Fidelia Boampong has been elected Chairperson of the Atwima-Kwanwoma District branch of the Civil Service and Local Government Staff Association of Ghana (CLOGSAG). The two other executive members picked were Mrs Cecelia Naab Ockling, Secretary, and Mrs Georgina Agyemang, Organizer. This was at the association's elections held at Foase and supervised by the Regional Executive. Mr Aning Yeboah, the District Coordinating Director, urged the new executive to be good example to their colleague workers by demonstrating positive attitudes to work. He said it was through this that increased productivity would be achieved. Mr Yeboah pledged that the association would be given every necessary support by the assembly to carry through its programmes and activities. Earlier, Mr Kwame Asamoah Dwomoh, the Regional Chairman, reiterated CLOGSAG's opposition to the Single Spine Salary Structure. 7 July 10
