Aug 7 Is Not About Cash, But Victory 2012

The campaign team of Nana Akufo-Addo (the Victory 2012 Team) wishes all the tens of thousands of delegates who will be voting this Saturday, August 7 for the 2012 Presidential Candidate of the New Patriotic Party a peaceful, free, fair, transparent and successful National Congress.

The Victory 2012 Team, however, advises delegates not to be influenced by gifts, in cash or kind, stressing, “this election is not about petty cash for your weekend but about victory in 2012.”

No gift or promise today is greater than the viable prospect of winning power in 2012. This is the ultimate gift that Nana Akufo-Addo and all of you can together deliver in December 2012.

Nana Akufo-Addo has always stressed, “I have no reason to doubt the integrity of our party delegates who have always chosen the right leader at every Congress since the inception of our great party.” He still stands firm by this.

We are, nevertheless, calling once more on our party delegates to stay true and focused on the main goal ahead of us, which is the battle of 2012.

Let us all conduct ourselves on election day in a manner proper and cordial; staying forever true to the fact that this is, after all, a contest among brothers.

The Victory 2012 Team wishes all the other candidates the best of luck, as well.

May the Best Man for Victory 2012 Win!
