Avcontech Security extends donations to Eastern Naval Command

Avcontech Security Masters, a Ghanaian owned security and technology company, has donated security channel systems, buckets of paints and vehicle waste bins to the Eastern Naval Command in Tema

The firm installed 8 security channel systems at the command and gifted them 8 buckets of pains and 150 vehicle waste bins.

The CEO of Avcontech Ghana limited, Nana Kweku Ofori Attah disclosed that it is an aim of his outfit to assist the government in enhancing security in the country by donating modern and top-level gadgets to the security agencies.

He reckons the donation will be of enormous benefit to the security in their intelligence gathering and surveillance exercises.

“Our aim as a company is to help improve security in the country through surveillance systems. We have already been to the Prisons and Police services to make donations. We decided to stretch our hands to the naval base to aid them to pick intelligence within their jurisdiction. Security is also about intelligence gathering and we realise Ghana falls short a bit in the regard so we decided to assist”, he said.

Kenneth Acquaah, CEO of Pleasant Supplier Ghana, the company that donated the vehicle waste bins stated “If you look around there are a lot of sanitary related disease. Government has been using to treat this so we decided to come up with something that will help keep our public places tidy. If this is in a car, it prevents people from littering”.

Receiving the items, the Flag Officer Commanding of the Eastern Naval Command, Commodore James Osei Kontoh expressed his appreciation to Avcontech for the support and called on other institutions for supports.

“We have sensitive places that need 24-hour monitoring. Places like the guardroom, armoury, magazine and other places that need 24/7 monitoring so the security cameras will be put to use. We are grateful to Avcontech, he stated.
