In Ghana, the aged mostly in the rural areas of the country lack facilities that make life easier for them in terms of health and recreation.

To turn the story around in his district, the Member of Parliament for Ellembelle and Minister of Petroleum Emmanuel Armah Kofi Buah and his development partners have put up an ultra-modern recreational facility to give holistic health care to the aged and also serve as a recreational center for all.

The multi purpose facility which was commissioned last week has a Clinic, gym, restaurant, a football pitch and a play ground for kids.
At a very colorful ceremony to officially open the centre, the MP said he was very happy that this day has come and was confident this centre will serve its purpose.

Present at the event was Her Excellency the Chinese Ambassador, the Minister of Gender and Social Protection, the Western Regional Minister, Paramount Chiefs of the Nzema Traditional Area and a host of dignitaries and entertainers.

Ellembelle District is fast growing and this is born from the enormous infrastructure it is currently hosting.

The chiefs and people were thankful to the MP for his drive for development and pledged their support to him in all endeavors.
