Back CPP - AYG to Ghana Youth

Our Association (AYG) is largely a social grouping, organising social events for young Ghanaians, and maintaining cultural links with the motherland through the love of Hi-Life and Hip-Life.

We follow all the young Ghanaian DJ?s and Crews who are doing a fine job promoting our music whilst having fun - The P&P Crew, French Kiss, Radical D, Giles Bossman, DJ Abass, WBLS Crew, Fifi Pratt, and many of the others. We also respect the musical talent of young musicians like Tic Tac and King David .

We have grown up knowing mostly the NDC government and now NPP, but through the Youth Education Sheets we have been receiving in recent months as part of the CPP?s ?YES? campaign , our eyes have been opened to the politics of Ghana and we the youth who are the future of Ghana must concern ourselves.

The future of Ghana cannot be in finding the quickest plane out of the country to work at Macdonalds Burger shops, Cleaning jobs or dead end jobs as Shop Assistants.

Many of us now know we have been fed a diet of lies about our history and the CPP. We now know the true Architects of modern Ghana and what the CPP has done for Ghana.

We know that in 1951 there were only 1700 primary schools in the whole of Ghana with only 226000 pupils, but the CPP increased this to 11000 primary schools with 1.5 million pupils by 1965.

The CPP gave to the youth of yesterday the education and the futures they have today.

We believe that only the CPP can deliver a better future for todays youth and we are urging the youth of Ghana everywhere to back the CPP.

It was yesterday?s youth who helped Dr Nkrumah and the CPP win Political freedom for the country. Today?s youth must help the CPP win our economic freedom

Thank you IC4 for opening our eyes. Ato K. Brown Secretary
