Javier Mascherano and Sergio Busquets have been named in Barcelona's 21-man squad ahead of their International Champions Cup clash against Leicester City.

The duo have joined up with the Blaugrana following their participation in the Copa America Centenario and Euro 2016 respectively and are in contention to start on Wednesday.

Barcelona head coach Luis Enrique has also brought in nine reserve players, while Christian Tello has been left out due to technical reasons.

Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez are both in line to face Premier League champions Leicester, as well as Barca new boy Denis Suarez and highly rated youngster Sergi Samper.

Barcelona opened up their International Champions Cup campaign with a 3-1 win over Celtic on Saturday, while Leicester are gearing up for their third game in the tournament. Claudio Ranieri's men edged Celtic on penalties in July, before losing 4-0 against Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain in their last outing.

Barcelona's full squad: Jordi Masip, Sergio Busquets, Arda Turan, Luis Suarez, Lionel Messi, Javier Mascherano, Munir, Sergi Roberto, Aleix Vidal, Jeremy Mathieu, Denis Suarez, Sergi Samper, Jose Suarez, Marlon, Jose Antonio Martinez, Alex Carbonell, Carles Alena, Nili, Jesus Alfaro, Juan Camara and Rafa Mujica.
