AshGold Head Coach, Bashir Hayford is set to hand in his resignation letter to the management of the club by the close of the week, following his side’s defeat to Bechem United on Sunday.
Bechem United inflicted one of the most humiliating defeats in the history of the Miners, beating them 4-2 at the Len Clay Sports Stadium.
The Obuasi-based club have had a bizarre start to the season, amassing just four points from a possible eighteen, having conceded nine goals in their last two games.
