Koforidua, May 21, GNA - Dr Kwasi Akyem Appea-Kubi, Eastern Regional Minister, has stated that the 93Better Ghana Agenda" of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Government aimed at improving the lives of Ghanaians is on course.
