Upon the many obstacles she has overcome in life, her message is one of triumph, strength, and always looking forward. For many years, Afia had been hesitant and even intimidated by the idea of sharing herwork despite the obvious delight others took in her artwork. After learning of the opportunity to finally break away from her reservations by publishing her work for the first time, Afia has been inspired to follow her passion. She finds her strength and motivation in Scripture and her faith. While Afia prefers to work in the abstract form, she is artistically inspired by nature and all areas of life.
Afia currently resides in Dallas, Texas where she enjoys time with her friends and family. Alongside her artistic abilities, she finds leisure in cooking, designing, and exploring new music.
