The Vodafone Ghana Music Awards night was one that promised to be fun packed and exciting for obvious reasons such as the fashion and the red carpet, hairstyles, artiste performance and the likes.
But Bright Nana Amfoh had other ideas to add up to the excitement of the VGMAs.
He unknowingly pronounced ‘V.G.M.A’ as ‘VAGIMA’.
The ace broadcaster after his late night news analysis programme, signed out by introducing the VGMAs that was next to be telecast.
As usual, social media did not forgive him for his error.
The trolls added up to the fun of seeing artistes rock the stage with their hit songs.
Among artistes that thrilled patrons included Sarkodie, Manifest, Charles Amoah and traditional group Wolomei.
The night saw Gospel musician Joe Mettle win the prestigious Artiste of the first. Other winners included Sarkodie, Manifest, Stoneboy, VVIP and Runtown.
However, social media wasn’t satisfied with the entertainment at the VGMA and made a meal of the ‘VAGIMA’ tongue slip adding to the excitement.
Here are some trolls expressed on social media:
