A 28-year-old farmer only identified as Joe has been declared wanted by police in the Central region after beating to death his 20-year-old pregnant wife at Assin Atentan in the Assin North Municipality of the Central region.

The deceased, Ama Attaa, who was two months pregnant, left behind and one-and-half-years-old son according to Nana Yaw Entsie of Rich FM who told mynewsgh.com.

According to a family member, the dead woman demanded housekeeping money from her husband which degenerated into a heated argument between the couple.
