The Council of Ewe Associations of North America, Inc (CEANA), proudly announces the launch of CEANA Media; an online Television/Radio station intended to intensify its outreach, promote Ewe culture, and vigorously pursue programs that appeal to the needs of all people and businesses.

“Join us on this enriching journey as we strive to educate, inspire, and entertain the community,” one of the cohosts, Mama Sedudzi, appealed. She asked all to stay tuned for engaging content that will empower minds and uplift spirits.

The CEANA Media is strategically poised to promote Eweland through the airwaves and educate all about the need for the development of Eweland. In this regard, CEANA Media would collaborate with like-minded channels like Avenor TV, Top FM, etc. to cross-stream some of its programs live. All shows and programs shall be streamed on the CEANA YouTube channel.

In his inauguration speech, The President of CEANA, Dr. Tsatsu E. Nyamadi, thanked everyone who worked hard to bring this laudable idea to fruition. He stated that CEANA Media will be the voice and mouthpiece for CEANA in promoting the Ewe culture and traditions, including airing programs to publicize the rich tourist areas of Eweland. He went on to say that “The programs are also intended to constantly teach the Ewe language, promote CEANA projects, and encourage investment and development in the Eweland.”

The inaugural show featured Efo Steve, Mama Sedudzi (Daa Empress Mawusi), Daa Naami, Dr. Wornyo, Efo Patrick Adzadu, and Efo Lawrence Dagadu. The inaugural program was embellished with a good selection of music, which engaged the audience throughout the program.

The PRO of CEANA, Mr. Steve Dei, assured that the network is adequately equipped to entertain viewers with exceptional contents, stressing that viewers will never experience prosaic moments on the show. He listed the program lineup as follows:

Fridays: African Jazz- to be hosted by Lawrance Dagadu from 7-9 pm EST.

CEANA is purely a non-for-profit (501 (C)3) fundraising umbrella organization that engages in raising funds solely for the development of the Eweland, that is, Ghana, Togo, and Benin, with the possibility of extending such help to the indigenes Ewes of Nigeria soon.

There were congratulatory comments and well wishes to CEANA for a wonderful job done.
