Position Summary:
Superweb Technologies Limited is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in building and nurturing long-term client relationships, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional service.
As a Relationship Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to our clients, identifying their needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction through consistent communication and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key clients to foster loyalty and long-term partnerships.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s client portfolio.
• Understand clients' objectives and provide customized solutions to align with their business goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions that address client requirements.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches to clients.
• Negotiate contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while achieving revenue targets.
• Monitor client accounts, resolve any issues, and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to drive strategic growth.
• Provide ongoing post-sales support to ensure a seamless client experience and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in relationship management, account management, or sales, ideally within the digital media or technology sector.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a client-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• A solid understanding of digital marketing trends and advertising solutions is an advantage.
