Cholera Kills 4 In Ghana

Four people have died and 27 others are in hospital following an outbreak of cholera at Nsawam, outside Accra.

Emmanuel Tinkorang, South Akuapem District Director of Health Services, in charge of the hospital, said his team has asked for drugs from Koforidua, the regional capital, to treat the victims.

He urged the people to boil their drinking water and to stop buying cooked food from the roadside.
