Founder and head pastor of Perez Chapel International, Bishop Charles Agyinasare has said Christianity as a religion is rooted in miracles.

According to him it is only miracles that make the religion ‘unique’, “Take miracles out of Christianity and we just have another religion”, he noted.

“Creation was a miracle. How the world could have been created in six days, expect it was a miracle. Delivering the children of Israel out of Egypt was a miracle. Taking the children of Israel through the red sea is a miracle,” he said.

Opening the Festivals of Miracles at the independence square Tuesday evening, the presiding Bishop of Perez Chapel noted that “the virgin birth of Christ was a miracle”.

Bishop Agyinasare said further that the death and resurrection as well as the ascension of Christ was a miracle.

“The second coming of Christ will be a miracle” he stressed.

The Festival of Miracles is part of activities to mark Bishop Charles Agyinasare’s 35th anniversary in the ministry of God.

The four-day-event ends on Friday February 2, 2018.
